Yes, most Beef2024 venues onsite at Rockhampton Showgrounds are accessible, but please keep in mind that some event precincts are located on grass which may be uneven and unpathed.

If you require an accessible seat at an event or assistance, please ensure you email the team at beefexpo@beefaustralia.com.au after you have purchased your tickets. Some venues may require movement of furniture, so letting the team know early allows us to ensure everything is sorted for your arrival.

Please note: Some areas are not wheelchair accessible. The staff onsite will make all efforts to seat and assist people with mobility issues - please let box office or front of house staff know when you require special seating and access and we will work out the best solution for your individual needs.

When purchasing tickets, go to the information page for each event you wish to attend and view the notes on accessibility and access. If it is a non-ticketed event please view the final program before going onsite and use the ‘key’ to determine accessibility of events. If unsure, please contact us at beefexpo@beefaustralia.com.au.

Accessible parking will be available at Beef2024 for disability parking permit holders only. There will be dedicated accessible parking on Exhibition Road, near Gate 1, which will be the secondary entrance to Beef2024. These spaces will be limited and cannot be pre-booked.

The Taxi and Uber rank will also be located near the main entrance however may still require a short walk. If you have any concerns about drop off zones please contact us.

If you have a disability and a lifelong need for 'attendant care support' in order to participate in community activities and attend venues, the Companion Card can help you with the costs of getting out and about with the support of a companion.

When purchasing your Adult or Concession Ticket, the option for a Companion Ticket will be shown. Please select this additional ticket for your companion.

Please ensure you bring your companion card to show with your ticket on entry.

To pre-book a scooter go to https://showlockers.com.au/ and click on the Beef Australia event on their website.
• Collecting your scooter: Show Lockers will be located in the Lifestyle and Retail trade fair precinct in Victoria Park near the Ringers Western truck. To find them, enter through the Main Entrance on Graeme Acton way and turn right at the Beef Australia merchandise tent. Keep walking to the end until you see the scooters!
